Role Summary
We are looking for a hands‑on Reltio MDM Developer with strong experience in data modeling, match & merge, integration, and data quality. The candidate will work closely with data architects, source system teams, and downstream consumers to deliver scalable Master Data solutions on the Reltio cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Reltio MDM solutions for mastering core domains such as:
- Customer / Member
- Provider (HCP/HCO)
- Products, Locations, Reference Data
- Configure and manage:
- Data Models
- Match Rules & Survivorship Rules
- Validation Rules
- Crosswalks and Reference Attributes
- Perform match tuning, merge/unmerge, and data remediation
- Implement Reltio APIs (REST) for data ingestion and downstream consumption
- Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations using:
- Reltio RIQ / Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)
- Middleware tools (Boomi, Mulesoft, Informatica, etc.)
- Work on data onboarding, source data analysis, and data cleansing
- Support testing activities (unit, system, UAT) and fix defects
- Provide production support, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with data governance, business, and QA teams
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
Required Skills
Mandatory
- Strong experience with Reltio MDM (Cloud)
- Hands‑on with:
- Reltio Data Modeler
- Match & Merge configuration
- Survivorship rules
- Reltio APIs
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
- Experience in MDM concepts:
- Golden record
- Hierarchies
- Crosswalks
- Reference data
- Experience with data quality and data governance
- Good understanding of CI/CD and cloud-based deployments
Good to Have
- Healthcare domain experience (Member, Provider, Claims data)
- Knowledge of Snowflake / Azure / GCP
- Reltio Certification
- Experience in GDPR / HIPAA compliance
