Job details:
Define enterprise-level Reltio MDM architecture aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Design and govern core vs. regional (US, RoW, China) tenant strategy.
• Own global data model design including HCP, HCO, Sites, Investigators, and Products.
• Lead architecture for match/merge and survivorship strategies.
• Design and manage Reference Data Management (RDM).
• Implement Search Before Create (SBC) and UCI (GUPRI) integrations.
• Design inbound and outbound data architectures leveraging AWS services.
• Develop Snowflake-based staging and outbound publishing schemas.
• Define CI/CD architecture using GitLab and Terraform.
• Ensure GxP validation readiness, ERES compliance, and auditability.
• Collaborate with Security, Privacy, and Validation teams on SRA controls.
• Review and approve solution designs, technical documents, and proof of concepts.
Required Skills & Experience
• 10–12+ years of experience in MDM with at least 5+ years working on Reltio.
• Strong experience with life sciences or pharma data platforms.
• Deep expertise in Reltio L3 configuration.
• Strong understanding of deterministic and probabilistic match rules.
• Experience with survivorship and DCR workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Snowflake architectures.
• Strong understanding of GxP, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, and GDPR.
• Experience leading global, regulated enterprise programs
