Overview

We are looking for an experienced Reltio Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) platform. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Reltio Cloud and will play a key role in ensuring data quality, system stability, and seamless integration across enterprise data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Reltio Cloud MDM platform, including tenant management, user roles, and access controls.
• Design, implement, and manage data models, entity types, attributes, relationships, and reference data within Reltio.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Reltio support for incident resolution.
• Manage data ingestion pipelines, batch loads, and real-time data feeds using Reltio APIs and integration tools.
• Configure and maintain match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and data quality policies to ensure high data accuracy.
• Collaborate with data governance teams to enforce MDM policies, data stewardship workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and integration teams to gather requirements and translate them into Reltio configurations.
• Support data migration and onboarding of new data sources into the Reltio platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including configuration guides, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Perform regular system audits, data quality assessments, and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with Reltio product updates, new features, and best practices, and evaluate their applicability to the organization.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years of hands-on Reltio MDM administration.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, data governance, and data quality principles.
• Proficiency in Reltio configuration including data modeling, match/merge rules, survivorship, and workflow setup.
• Experience with Reltio REST APIs for data ingestion, querying, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar ETL/ELT platforms.
• Solid understanding of JSON, XML, and data transformation concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
