We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused Real Estate rental sales Consultant (DSP – Destination Service Provider) to specialize in premium residential apartments targeted at expatriates relocating to Hyderabad.
The role involves providing personalized, high-touch service to international clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, preparing tailored proposals, and managing the full cycle to successful closure.
The ideal candidate is polished, culturally sensitive, fluent in English (additional languages like French,German, Arabic, or Mandarin are a plus), and experienced in luxury real estate or high-net-worth client handling.
Key Responsibilities
• Property Showings & Site Visits: Schedule and conduct personalized property tours of high-end
residential apartments (luxury high-rises, gated communities, serviced residences).
Highlight premium features such as amenities (pools, gyms, concierge, international schools nearby),location advantages, security, and investment potential. Provide virtual tours or coordinate for overseas clients when needed.
• Needs Assessment & Proposal Preparation: Analyze client requirements (budget, size, location, tenure – lease vs. purchase), financial capabilities, and relocation timelines. Prepare customized proposals, including comparative market analysis and pricing.
• Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations on price, payment terms, incentives (furniture
packages, waived fees, flexible closures), and contract clauses.
• Market Expertise & Reporting: Stay updated on premium residential market trends, expat relocation patterns, visa/property laws for foreigners, and competitor offerings.
• After-Sales Support: Provide post-closure assistance, such as helping with interior setup, utility
connections etc. to expats.
