Must hold a current and active license as Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapist Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathologist; degree in therapy from accredited school; 2 years therapy experience preferred; 1 year management experience preferred; knowledge of Medicare and state practice acts; ability to lift 50 pounds.
