Key Responsibilities:
-Managing the allocated shift.
-Assisting the store manager to handle store operations for the given Store.
-Inventory management.
-Ensure store cleanliness and perform all cleaning tasks as required.
-Increase Sales parameters in the shift.
-Customer service.
-Dump & Shrink control.
-Train and integrate new staff.
-Ensure process and policies are followed.
-Handle customer and their complaints.
