About the role
- Ability to oversee sales processes and strategies to maximize revenue by achieving budgeted revenue & profit targets for Retail Stores across the cluster
- Ensure Implementation of SOPs through operational excellence across cluster
- Manage and implement SOP for VM at stores.
- Lead customers connect by devising mechanism and strategies for new customer acquisition and repeat customer win back through multiple marketing initiative across the cluster
- Ability to manage and enhance customer relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty through elevated customer experience during and post sales
- Develop leaders & provide opportunities to employees through various step up programs across cluster
- Develop functional capabilities in employees through appropriate training interventions
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
- Drive culture of trust , integrity and respect among all employees across cluster
