It should capture only the key responsibilities of the role Responsibilities Job Position ID Job Family Manufacturing Grade/Level J Policies, Processes and Procedures - Conduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner - Keep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures - Develop test procedures and formats; Standardize and implement best practices and group guidelines for mechanical equipment improvement Workshop Maintenance Planning - Assist in preparation of workshop mechanical maintenance cost and budgeting and provide inputs for optimization of resources and planning - Execute machine activity as per schedules on daily basis and ensure adherence to weekly and monthly schedule of job planning - Ensure KPIs of workshop mechanical are met on a weekly basis Workshop Maintenance Operations - Execute preventive maintenance activities on the mechanical machines and equipment on the site - Follow machining jobs schedule and execute fabrication jobs for non-plant areas - Manage manufacturing and repair of various spare parts in the workshop; Identify special tools/tackles required for user plants and ensure stock maintenance - Perform the planned turnaround and shutdown services performed on mechanical equipment's and machines to ensure they are maintained, tested and calibrated, while adhering to the safety norms - Perform workshop related services, including machining, safety valve testing , lapping of seals, etc. as well as coordinate balancing of rotors in balancing machine in the workshop - Execute activities related to hot tapping to ensure uninterrupted operations of plant - Support in the inspection of various jobs carried out in the workshop and ensure high quality of work as per the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) of the jobs. Supervise the safety valve testing on test bench in the workshop Internal - Human Resource, Administration, Workshop, Planning, Security, etc. SECTION IV: SUCCESS METRICS (TOP 3-5 KPI's) Metrics that are used to evaluate the success / performance of the role; specific targets do not need to be included as those would change from Y-o-Y Compliance & Documentation - Prepare documentation related to compliance audit and support in ensuring adherence to statutory, CSM and HSE compliance, including RESOP, DOSHE, CASHe, HSEF mandatory trainings, etc. - Prepare repair and test records, MIS, and reporting documents related to mechanical equipment maintenance and update the same in IMS in a timely manner 1.
