Talent Acquisition Analyst

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment life cycle and partner with the business to identify, attract and engage the best talent. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Building and managing a diverse pipeline of talent across levels 2. Screening and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements 3. Conducting telephonic and video interviews 4. Coordinating the interview process and communicating with candidates 5. Collaborating with the business to understand their talent needs 6.
