About the role

Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL) is on a transformational journey to build a Digital India. We are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment life cycle and partner with the business to identify, attract and engage the best talent. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Building and managing a diverse pipeline of talent across levels 2. Screening and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements 3. Conducting telephonic and video interviews 4. Coordinating the interview process and communicating with candidates 5. Collaborating with the business to understand their talent needs 6. Maintaining recruitment data and generating reports To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Good problem-solving and analytical skills - Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies If you are passionate about building a world-class talent pipeline and driving Jio's growth, we would love to hear from you!
