Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business transformation initiatives across Jio. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, identifying process improvements, and translating them into technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your role will involve requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and creating solution design documents. You will also be responsible for testing and validating the implemented solutions to ensure they meet the intended objectives.
