Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program 2026

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will get an opportunity to work with multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to the development and execution of large scale, complex projects across RIL's diverse business verticals. The GET program offers a structured 2-year long training, which includes on-the-job learning, classroom training, and project assignments. During the program, you will get exposure to various aspects of project management, including feasibility studies, project planning, execution, and closure. You will also get to work on challenging and innovative engineering solutions. Eligibility Criteria: - Be a graduate in B.Tech/B.E. in any Engineering discipline from a recognized University/Institute. - Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree. - Maximum 28 years of age as on 01.01.2026. Key Responsibilities: - Execute projects across RIL's diverse businesses including Refining, Petrochemicals, Retail, Digital Services, and New Energy. - Develop innovative engineering solutions to address complex business challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution. - Optimize processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Participate in training programs to enhance technical and managerial skills.
