Automotive Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Summary
Reliable Toyota Lexus BMW of Springfield & Audi Springfield, located in Springfield MO, is in need of an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, proficient multi-tasker with a positive attitude and is a team player that wants to help support our dealership staff and valued customers.  

Accounts Receivable Clerk Duties & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
•    Receipting daily payments & reconcile daily deposit
•    Credit card posting
•    Clean cash schedule
•    AR account maintenance
•    Process new account applications
•    Work monthly AR statements
•    Work with Rental Department AR's
•    Process check requests/refunds
•    Work NSF checks & credit card disputes
•    Update & maintain accurate dealership specific documents & spreadsheets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
•    Assist co-workers as needed

Expected work schedule does include occasional weekend/holiday hours for month end close
