Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Reliability Practitioner to drive process excellence, strengthen quality frameworks, and lead digitization initiatives across engineering and service functions. The role focuses on enhancing product reliability, improving data-driven decision-making, and implementing robust change management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes across functions
- Lead digitization and automation of customer complaint handling and service workflows
- Strengthen and streamline change management systems to improve efficiency and reduce rework
- Conduct field failure analysis and implement reliability improvement measures
- Prepare and support cross-functional project reviews and quality assessments
- Track and monitor operational metrics, ensuring timely reporting and governance
- Implement and govern quality frameworks and ensure adherence across projects
- Develop dashboards and data visualization tools for performance tracking and insights
- Enable integration between validation processes and requirement mapping systems
- Support digitization initiatives related to component criticality, failure modes, and product data
- Conduct impact analysis for product and process changes using structured workflows
- Ensure alignment and traceability across product lifecycle stages
- Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy of deliverables
- Generate periodic insights and reports for leadership review
- Maintain documentation aligned with quality and continuous improvement principles
- Plan and conduct technical training and onboarding programs

Additional Information
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field
