Role Title: Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

1. Role Purpose
Responsible for leading end‑to‑end Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Strategy Development, Work Pack preparation, and Operations & Maintenance Excellence across upstream, downstream, assets.
2. Core Functional Competencies
Demonstrated capabilities:
- Performing RCM, FMEA, RCA, ACA, REM studies for onshore & offshore assets.
- Developing maintenance strategies, PM & PdM plans, and equipment lifecycle models.
- Conducting criticality assessment, risk-based inspection, and integrity reviews.
- Ensuring digital maintenance adoption through CMMS optimization & data-driven decisions.:
- SAP PM/MM module mastery for asset register, PM plans, BOM, scheduling, work packs.
- Standardizing asset master data, SECE identification, equipment hierarchy structuring.
- Supporting global IMDS implementations and systems integration for enterprise maintenance.:
- Leading projects from conceptualization to execution: planning, costing, scheduling, governance.
- Preparing technical specifications, Work order planning, preparation and clean up
- Managing multi‑million‑dollar reliability and maintenance improvement programs.
- Coordinating with multi-region cross‑functional teams (GCC, MENA, NA, Europe).
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintenance strategy effectiveness: PM/PdM optimization measures
- Operational performance: schedule adherence, cost control, readiness index
- Operational efficiency: OEE, maintenance cost per unit, inventory optimization
4. Qualifications & Certifications
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering
- Reliability engineering methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RCA, RBI etc.)
- SAP PM/MM expertise
- Experience across Oil & Gas

- Leading multidisciplinary reliability, operations, and maintenance teams across sites.
- Conducting capability assessments, mentorship, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Making technical decisions balancing risk, reliability, and cost.
- Assessing failures, diagnosing root causes, enabling failure prevention systems.
