We are looking for someone who has worked on transforming industrial engineering from reactive maintenance to predictive, intelligent and data-driven operations where AI is the differentiator.
Experience and Knowledge of AI is must.
Typically, critical equipment information is distributed across PLCs, SCADA, historians, CMMS/EAM, test systems and manual records. Existing systems can record maintenance and operational history, but there is an opportunity for an intelligence layer that understands equipment behaviour and links condition signals to failure modes, operational impact and engineering action.
Hence, we are looking for someone who is proficient with equipment engineering and pharma knowledge with AI/data science and can add value by creating a trusted engineering intelligence layer that progressively moves customers from monitoring → understanding → anomaly detection → prediction → prescription → learning, without requiring replacement of existing MES, ERP, QMS, LIMS or CMMS platforms.
