About the Role
We are seeking an experienced RELEX Certified Solution Architect / Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to lead and deliver enterprise-scale RELEX Supply Chain Planning implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise in RELEX solutions, retail and supply chain planning processes, solution architecture, integrations, configuration, and stakeholder management.
This role requires close collaboration with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and client stakeholders to design, implement, integrate, and optimize RELEX solutions that support demand forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of RELEX Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable RELEX solutions.
- Design end-to-end solution architecture following RELEX implementation best practices.
- Configure and customize RELEX modules based on business requirements.
- Implement and support:
- Demand Forecasting
- Replenishment
- Promotion Planning
- Space Planning
- Assortment Planning
- Allocation
- Supply Chain Planning
- Define functional and technical solution designs.
- Design and implement integrations between RELEX and enterprise applications including ERP, POS, WMS, TMS, and other third-party systems.
- Develop API, middleware, batch, and ETL integration solutions.
- Lead data migration, master data setup, validation, and data quality initiatives.
- Optimize forecasting models, replenishment parameters, and inventory planning processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and solution design documents.
- Participate in solution reviews, architecture governance, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot application issues and recommend performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, development, QA, infrastructure, and support teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership during implementation projects.
- Support post-go-live stabilization, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–15+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on RELEX implementation experience.
- Strong experience in implementing and configuring:
- RELEX Demand Forecasting
- RELEX Replenishment
- Promotion Planning
- Assortment Planning
- Space Planning
- Allocation
- Supply Chain Planning
- Strong understanding of Retail, Grocery, FMCG, Merchandising, and Supply Chain business processes.
- Experience designing enterprise solution architecture for RELEX implementations.
- Experience integrating RELEX with:
- SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA
- Oracle ERP
- Microsoft Dynamics
- POS Systems
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Strong experience with:
- REST APIs
- JSON
- XML
- ETL Processes
- Middleware Integration
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
- Experience with Python or scripting languages is an advantage.
- Experience working on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of data migration, master data management, and data quality processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Retail, Grocery, Fashion, Consumer Goods, or FMCG industries.
- Experience with AI/ML-based demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment practices.
- TOGAF or other architecture certifications are an added advantage.
Mandatory Qualification
- RELEX Certified Professional / RELEX Certified Solution Architect (Mandatory)
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
