Technical Competencies (Must-Have)
• Strong understanding of SAP system landscapes (ECC / S/4HANA, Private & Public Cloud).
• Hands on experience with SAP transport management and deployments, ideally including Solution Manager ChaRM and/or SAP Cloud ALM for change and deployment.
• Working knowledge of STMS, transport return codes, and dependency handling. General
• Solid understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Release Management processes.
• Experience working with ServiceNow / ITSM tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint for reporting and audit documentation.
