Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Release Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Release Manager will oversee and streamline the release management lifecycle, coordinate across various teams to ensure timely and efficient software releases, and monitor end-to-end configuration management. The role includes working closely with development, operations, and project management teams to ensure quality deliverables and program alignment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Release Management and Configuration Management to oversee deployment and ensure process compliance.
- Strong Program Management skills for effective coordination, scheduling, and execution of software releases.
- Experience in Software Development, including a strong understanding of coding principles, methodologies, and software lifecycle processes.
- Analytical Skills to identify and resolve release-related challenges efficiently and ensure optimized workflows.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps environments is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with build management tools and version control systems is a plus.
