Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Support daily janitorial operations across assigned sites to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
· Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff and reinforce cleaning standards.
· Assist with staffing coverage, scheduling, and coordination of daily assignments.
· Perform janitorial duties as part of a regular route, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.
· Maintain positive customer relationships and respond to concerns in a timely and professional manner.
· Support building inspections and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
· Assist with supply ordering, inventory tracking, and equipment needs.
· Complete required reports, documentation, and communication with management.
· Support onboarding activities including site access, badging, and general readiness.
· Collaborate with supervisors and leadership to address operational needs and improve efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years combined education, janitorial operations, and/or management experience
- Experience working or volunteering with people with disabilities and/or diverse populations is preferred
- Basic understanding of computer skills (Willing to learn additional computer programs)
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform occasional janitorial tasks; walk, bend, lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle and clean driving record
- Pass a criminal background check to obtain Federal security clearances

Performs duties independently.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Ability to work with moderate supervision and some independent decision making.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Walking and/or standing for long periods of time
· Flexibility in work schedule in consultation with janitorial management
· Use of personal transportation in meeting work requirements
· Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds occasionally
