UX/UI Designer (Figma & Shopify)

Relay Digital is a forward-thinking digital agency specializing in eCommerce, web design, and digital marketing. We help brands create seamless online experiences that drive engagement and conversions. We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with expertise in Figma and Shopify to join our team and bring exceptional digital experiences to life. As a UX/UI Designer at Relay Digital, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, conversion-focused eCommerce experiences for Shopify-based stores. You'll work closely with developers, marketers, and clients to craft visually stunning, user-friendly designs that enhance the online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities : Design high-quality UX/UI experiences for Shopify websites, ensuring a seamless user journey from homepage to checkout. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma. Work collaboratively with developers to ensure design feasibility and a pixel-perfect end product. Optimize mobile-first experiences and ensure accessibility best practices. Conduct user research and analyze data to refine and enhance UX design. Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and brand guidelines. Stay up-to-date with Shopify themes, UI trends, and eCommerce best practices. Test and iterate designs based on feedback, user behavior, and performance analytics. What We're Looking For ✔️ Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing Shopify projects. ✔️ Expert in Figma – strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and design systems. ✔️ Shopify experience – knowledge of Shopify's design limitations, theme customization, and UI best practices. ✔️ Understanding of eCommerce UX, conversion optimization, and customer behavior. ✔️ Strong collaboration skills – ability to work with developers, marketers, and clients. ✔️ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required. ✔️ Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences. The role is fully remote.
