Key Account Manager


Relax Gaming is a leading B2B provider in the iGaming industry, offering premium content and aggregation solutions to some of the world's top operators. With 350+ employees across 11 offices in Europe, we're growing fast – and we’re looking for a driven Key Account Manager to help us strengthen and grow our partnerships.


In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with key operator partners. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, commercial driver, and internal champion for your accounts, working cross-functionally to ensure client success and revenue growth.


What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key operator accounts
  • Represent Relax Gaming’s full product portfolio to clients
  • Proactively assess and validate customer needs
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments
  • Create and optimise the commercial strategy to ensure KPI targets are met – provide GGR forecast & track progress
  • Distribute and present information to customers about upcoming game releases and opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and operators to deliver and analyze promotional campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and resolve issues proactively
  • Handle client escalations and drive effective resolution
  • Lead root-cause analysis and implement continuous improvements
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions in line with client objectives


What You'll Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar commercial role
  • At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming business
  • Excellent management skills: the ability to lead, facilitate and influence in a matrix organization
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • A passion for the industry and a result-driven attitude
  • A positive, outgoing and self-motivated personality
  • Excellent communication skills in English
