Job Role & Responsibilities
As part of the RXIL team, you will support the onboarding and engagement of MSMEs, Corporates, and Financial Institutions on the TReDS platform.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Calling and educating MSMEs, Corporates, and Financiers about the benefits of the TReDS platform
- Guiding users through the online registration process via phone and email
- Reviewing applications, including KYC documents of the company and its stakeholders
- Coordinating with Sales, Financial Institution Team, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Managing your own assigned cases and workflow efficiently
Skills Required -
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Ability to explain processes clearly
- Attention to detail (for KYC review)
- Comfortable with calls, emails, and documentation
