Earning Potential: Up to ₹3 Lakh per franchise (Highly lucrative incentive)
About the RoleWe provide the leads, you will close the deal. seeking a dynamic Sales Relationship Officer (RO) with high influence skills. No cold calling needed- just convert our warm leads. This role starts part- time , with a possibility of conversion to full time status based on performance, consistence, attendance, and operational requirement.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and connect with potential clients interested in franchise opportunities
- Explain business models and franchise benefits clearly to prospects
- Build and maintain strong and healthy client relationships
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful franchise sales
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth functioning in onboarding of clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Prior experience in sales/marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
