Role Description
We are seeking a Relationship Officer/Manager in a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include managing client relationships, facilitating seamless financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales initiatives. The individual will act as a bridge between clients and the organization, ensuring satisfaction and delivering solutions tailored to client needs while promoting Niyo’s innovative products.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and a strong understanding of finance processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse client groups
- Customer service expertise with a focus on providing high-quality support to clients
- Strong skills in sales and an understanding of financial services-related products
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client-centric solutions
- Experience in the banking or financial technology industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
