Job Summary:**
The Relationship Manager - LAP will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing relationships with clients seeking Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the Visakhapatnam region, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships for Loan Against Property (LAP) products through various channels, including direct sales, DSA networks, and existing customer referrals.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for potential LAP borrowers, assessing their eligibility and repayment capacity.
- Guide clients through the entire loan application process, explaining product features, terms, and documentation requirements.
- Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and collateral requirements in line with company policies and risk appetite.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing LAP clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling other financial products and services to LAP clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry developments.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and ethical standards in all lending activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client acquisition, and portfolio health.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including credit, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless loan processing and customer service.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or relationship management, specifically in Loan Against Property (LAP) or secured lending.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a strong client portfolio.
- In-depth knowledge of LAP products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in local languages (Telugu and English) is essential.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Visakhapatnam.
