Job Summary**
The Relationship Officer - LAP is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients for Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the LB Nagar region. This role focuses on sourcing new business, managing existing client portfolios, and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities**
- Identify and acquire new clients for Loan Against Property (LAP) products through various channels, including lead generation, referrals, and market networking.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments of potential clients to determine eligibility and suitability for LAP products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms and conditions clearly to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) to facilitate timely processing and disbursement of loans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Proactively address customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the LAP portfolio in the LB Nagar area.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market feedback.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales or relationship management within the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage products.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly secured lending.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse client segments.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base in LB Nagar is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
