Job Summary:**
The Relationship Officer - LAP (Karimnagar) will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, primarily focusing on Loan Against Property (LAP) products. This role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing portfolios, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention within the Karimnagar region.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Identify and acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) products within the designated territory (Karimnagar).
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for potential and existing clients to recommend appropriate LAP solutions.
- Process loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is collected, verified, and submitted accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for LAP products and contribute to the overall business growth of the branch.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent service and addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Cross-sell other banking products and services where appropriate, based on customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to lending activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as credit, operations, and legal to ensure smooth processing and delivery of services.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, relationship management, or business development, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on LAP or secured lending.
- Strong understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) products, processes, and relevant market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build a strong client base.
- Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly desirable, along with English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Karimnagar region as required.
