Primary Responsibility:

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-centric, and detail-oriented professional to join our Branch Operations Team. The role includes handling KYC compliance, offering superior customer service, managing new account openings, and contributing to sales and relationship management at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities:

๐Ÿงพ KYC Verification & Compliance

Collect, verify, and update customer KYC documents in line with RBI and internal guidelines.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into core banking systems.

Conduct due diligence checks for onboarding new clients and periodic reviews for existing customers.

Coordinate with the compliance and audit teams to ensure readiness and adherence.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Customer Handling & Service Delivery

Welcome and assist walk-in customers with banking queries, transactions, and services.

Address customer requests like passbook updates, cheque book issuance, and account statements.

Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain high satisfaction.

Educate customers on digital banking platforms, mobile apps, and value-added services.

๐Ÿค Branch Relationship Management

Build rapport with customers to enhance engagement and retention.

Promote and cross-sell financial products such as:

Savings & Current Accounts (CASA)

Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds

Generate leads from existing walk-ins and referrals.

Support branch in achieving customer service and sales targets.

Assist in the new account opening process, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely processing.

Maintain complete and correct records of all client interactions and service requests.

Liaise with backend teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
