Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Relationship Officer to join our team in Churu. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing sales operations, and assisting clients with housing loans. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, consulting on loan products, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to process loans, maintain accurate client records, and meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Solid understanding of Finance, including loan processes and financial assessment.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address customer needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a goal-oriented and team-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of affordable housing finance and familiarity with PMAY schemes will be a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; local language proficiency is highly desirable.
