Role Description
This is a full-time, Remote role located anywhere in India for a Relationship Officer. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, delivering financial solutions, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. Daily tasks involve conducting client meetings, understanding customer needs, cross-selling financial products, and maintaining updated records of client interactions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to offer seamless services and adhere to organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving, with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and cross-sell financial products or services
- Basic understanding of banking and financial products and services
- Organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, documentation, and maintaining client records
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles in financial services is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven banking personal loans sales experience (U.A.E or 1 year home country).
- Exceptional communication skills and a delightful personality.
- Driven to not only meet but exceed sales targets.
- Prior experience of minimum 1 year in Personal Loans is required if its in india
* Salary - 35,000 to 50,000 CTC Depends on interview
