📌 Role: Relationship Officer / Senior Relationship Officer
📌 Department: Working Capital / Commercial Banking
📌 Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan (On-site)
📌 Compensation: Up to ₹5,00,000 LPA (Depending on experience & competence)
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and source new business clients for Working Capital limits (CC/OD, Trade Finance, Term Loans).
Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing corporate/SME clients to maximize portfolio value.
Credit Assessment: Understand client financial requirements, analyze balance sheets, and coordinate with the credit underwriting team for smooth logins and sanctions.
Market Penetration: Drive sales targets in the Jodhpur region by leveraging local market knowledge.
What we are looking for:
Experience: 1–4 years of relevant experience in Banking / NBFC (specifically in Working Capital, SME Loans, or Unsecured Business Loans).
Education: Graduate / MBA in Finance
Skills: Strong communication, convincing skills, financial analytical skills, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics in Jodhpur.
