Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer, located in Surat. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying financial needs, offering customized banking solutions, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Additional responsibilities include contributing to sales and cross-selling bank products, providing financial guidance to customers, and supporting overall branch operations to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Sales
- Knowledge of Finance and understanding of banking products
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service expertise with a customer-first approach
- Ability to identify opportunities and offer tailored financial solutions
- Experience in banking or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
