Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi for a Relationship Officer. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored housing finance solutions. Daily tasks include engaging in client meetings, processing loan applications, providing detailed guidance on financial products, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role requires building trust with clients and achieving sales targets through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
- Proficiency in financial product understanding, including housing loans, loans against property, and commercial property financing
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting
- Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets within deadlines
- Experience in the financial or banking sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
