Role Description
The Relationship Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The role involves managing and enhancing relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable banking products and services. The Relationship Officer will engage in sales activities, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes identifying opportunities to cross-sell financial products, following up on leads, and meeting business objectives while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to understand customers' banking needs and provide tailor-made solutions.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Finance-related concepts and financial products.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide a high-quality client experience and foster long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation and cross-selling financial products and services.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in banking or customer relationship roles is a plus.
