Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Officer located in Ranchi. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and onboarding potential clients, and providing financial advisory services tailored to their needs. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, conducting loan assessments, ensuring timely loan repayments, and supporting financial literacy initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to meet organizational targets and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Customer relationship management and client onboarding skills
- Financial knowledge to conduct loan assessments and provide financial advice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for providing excellent customer service
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze customer needs and find appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data management tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet organizational targets
- Relevant work experience in financial services, especially in microfinance or lending, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
