Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer, based in Bhilai. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, managing loans and financial products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting clients in meeting their financial objectives. The role also includes coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth loan processing and maintaining accurate customer documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and an ability to build long-term professional connections.
- Understanding of Finance principles and knowledge of financial products and lending processes.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse clients.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Experience in Sales or related fields is beneficial, along with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using basic IT tools such as MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
