Role Description
The Relationship Officer will play a key role in fostering and managing relationships with clients to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, providing financial advice, promoting banking products and services, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rourkela.
Qualifications
- Experience 0-3 years
- roficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to build and nurture strong client connections
- Understanding of Finance and the ability to provide customers with tailored financial solutions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs
- Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to meet targets and drive business growth
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a client-focused environment
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
