Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for a Relationship Officer. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering financial products and solutions, and driving revenue generation through sales and cross-selling activities. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, communicating effectively to deliver personalized services, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. The Relationship Officer will work closely with clients to establish trust, provide exceptional customer service, and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Relationship Management and Finance to understand client needs and suggest personalized financial solutions.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, resolve issues, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and meet revenue targets.
- Relevant professional experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the regional market is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
