Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer, based in Salem. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products. Key responsibilities include providing personalized advisory services, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving business targets while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
- Experience in Finance and a sound understanding of financial products and services
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with clients
- Proficiency in Sales with an ability to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Educational qualification: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role in the financial or insurance sector is an advantage
