Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Officer based in Gandhidham. The Senior Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, driving customer engagement, and contributing to business growth. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing tailored financial and insurance solutions, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves regular client interface, promoting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in building and managing strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understanding of finance and financial products, particularly life insurance solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and respond to customer queries.
- Strong customer service orientation to address client needs and deliver quality experiences.
- Experience in sales and meeting performance-based targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for customer engagement and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
