Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Relationship Officer. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting financial products to meet customers' needs. The role includes client servicing, managing accounts, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The officer will also collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions and execute strategies to enhance customer retention.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales acumen and the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
- Customer relationship management and client servicing capabilities
- Problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Familiarity with financial products and services is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
- Proficiency in regional languages is a plus
