Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hapur for a Relationship Officer. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for fostering and maintaining positive business relationships, identifying customer needs, promoting financial products, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include contributing to branch growth by increasing the customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the team in meeting organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Understanding of Finance principles and practices relevant to the housing finance sector
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries empathetically and provide solutions
- Experience or skills in Sales, including the ability to meet targets and promote financial products effectively
- Ability to work in an on-site role and collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is beneficial
- Previous experience in financial services, housing finance, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
