Job Summary:NRI Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Both freshers and experienced candidates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, site visits, and networking
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of deals
Requirements:For Freshers:- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
For Experienced Candidates:- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience in real estate / infrastructure / services industry is an advantage
