Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Chennai, for Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, and Area Managers specializing in Direct Marketing. The role involves acquiring and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets, building and leading a team to drive branch sales performance, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing customer queries or concerns. Responsibilities also include managing operations efficiently and ensuring the smooth execution of the branch's objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in relationship building, client engagement, and customer service
- Proficiency in sales and direct marketing with a results-driven mindset
- Leadership and team management skills for overseeing branch operations
- Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
