Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Viraaya Weddings is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing client relationships throughout the wedding planning lifecycle, from initial inquiry and requirement gathering to post-event follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating with hotels, resorts, and internal planning teams, and ensuring timely communication and smooth execution of all services. The Relationship Manager will handle proposals and negotiations, monitor timelines and budgets, and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, nurturing partner relationships, and contributing feedback to improve services and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience in event management, wedding planning, or hospitality operations, preferably with hotels or resorts.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including handling multiple projects, tracking details, and meeting deadlines.
- Comfort with basic sales processes such as lead follow-up, inquiry handling, and proposal support.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, including occasional evenings and weekends as required by events.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, and familiarity with local and destination wedding markets .
