Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Wakad PCMC. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, address client inquiries, and provide expert property advice. The role involves identifying client needs, coordinating site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring positive customer experiences throughout the real estate transaction process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Sales, negotiation, and problem-solving expertise
- Customer service orientation with an ability to understand client needs
- Proactive approach to market research and client interaction
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly in the Pune region, is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the local market is a plus
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
