Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Serilingampalli for the role of Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients by identifying their real estate needs and providing personalized property solutions. Daily responsibilities include providing guidance to clients throughout the property purchase process, negotiating property deals, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve strategic objectives and drive customer acquisition.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving
  • Understanding of real estate markets, property trends, and financial processes related to loan and property registrations
  • Ability to meet sales targets, work under pressure, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer relationship management is a strong advantage
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Serilingampalli and excellent organizational skills
