Key Responsibilities: -
· Work closely with the Managers to execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
· Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and leads.
· Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
· Collaborate with the team to provide valuable insights and support.
· Stay informed about market trends and real estate developments to offer informed advice.
Qualifications: -
· Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
· Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
· Highly motivated and results oriented.
