Role Description
The Relationship Manager - Working Capital Loans will develop and manage relationships with businesses, offering tailored working capital solutions to meet their financial needs. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, assessing financial requirements, structuring and recommending loan products, and achieving growth and revenue targets. The role involves conducting credit assessments, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring timely loan disbursals, and coordinating with various internal teams to maintain exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in working capital loans, credit assessment, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in client relationship management and business development, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with banking regulations and lending policies
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and strong analytical acumen
- Experience in managing corporate or SME clients is an added advantage
