Role Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager for Working Capital at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Surat, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing a portfolio of customers by building and maintaining strong relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, offering customized working capital solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, adhering to compliance requirements, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless loan disbursement and post-sales support.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of working capital products, loan structuring, and financial analysis
- Sales acumen and ability to achieve financial targets
- Understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software tools
- Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Fluency in local languages, in addition to English, is a considerable advantage
